Communities 3.0 – Development of local forward-looking centers as platforms for inclusive neighborhoods is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships in Adult Education project, financed by the European Commission.
The project aims at developing forward-looking platforms for boosting civil society actors and adult education organisations as active agents for social inclusion in socio-economically disadvantaged neighborhoods (further SEDN).
Communities 3.0 will design two training programmes: one for setting up sustainable local partnerships between civil society organisations and adult education providers as forward-looking learning platforms in SEDN and another one for creative neighborhoods for social inclusion, civic participation, and active citizenship. These two training programs will be elaborated later on as an open resource, - MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) available online free of charge in all partner languages.
Communities 3.0 is implemented in Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, and Sweden by the following organizations:
MIR AKADEMIEN AB (coordinator) – Sweden,
Studiefrämjandets avd i Uppsala län – Sweden,
Know and Can Association – Bulgaria,
CEIPES – Italy,
La Guilla – Italy,
STIMMULI FOR SOCIAL CHANGE - Greece.
This curriculum will provide a holistic approach with a focus on sustainable cooperation so any organisations, even those with little experience, can come together to build long-term partnerships.
The curriculum consists of four chapters, following the same structure, including objectives, content, practical exercises, and links to available best practices for deepening knowledge.
